Services

Before I even look at services, what’s therapy like with you?

Psychological Services

Online Counseling

Find healing from the comfort of your own home with a phone, laptop, or tablet. Your session will be on a HIPAA compliant video platform to ensure that your privacy is protected. All services are online at this time.

Treatment Team Consultation

Comprehensive healing means it’s important that we treat both your mind and body. To appropriately monitor your well-being, I may require that you work with one or more professionals from different fields. These professionals comprise an outpatient treatment team and could include a psychiatrist, dietitian, and/or a primary care doctor.

If you need help assembling a treatment team, I am happy to make appropriate referrals.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are online, right from the comfort of your home! They are 50 minutes long.
To ensure I have time to get to know you, the initial assessment will be between 75-90 minutes.

Family Therapy

To ensure family members and loved ones are supported, family sessions are offered at any point throughout the treatment process.

Psychological Assessment

Just like your primary care doctor might use x-rays or blood tests, I use psychological assessments to understand your symptoms and what’s causing them. The results can help me reach a diagnosis, develop a treatment plan, and monitor progress. There are many types of assessments available and these are recommended on an as-needed basis.

How it Works

Learn all about the process of starting therapy with Bloom!

  • Let’s connect! You can use this time to ask questions and determine if we might be a good fit. It can be helpful to consult with a few different therapists/psychologists to determine which one might work best for you.

  • If you decide to move forward, we will schedule our initial appointment! You’ll be sent some paperwork to complete beforehand that will ask questions designed to help us best understand you and what is going on.

Our first appointment will be slightly longer than others – typically around 75 – 90 minutes. We’ll review your paperwork, ask you some additional questions, and get a better understanding of your goals for therapy. Feel free to also ask any questions you might have.

  • Step into healing and schedule your next session. Let’s go find your glow!
